LINDSAY LYON, CEO & Managing Director Lindsay has a successful track record with corporate experience. This includes senior executive of a multi-national, CEO of an ASX listed company, driving sales in globally focused start-up ventures that involved capital raisings, IPO’s, M&A, and managing P&Ls to deliver customer satisfaction and shareholder value. Lindsay holds a Masters in Marketing from Melbourne University, a Diploma in Electronic Engineering, and has been granted several innovative patents.
AMANDA WILSON, USA General Manager Amanda Wilson is a marketing and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in product management, new product development, marketing, strategic planning and sales management. Amanda has previously worked for Emerson Automation Solutions in the U.S.A and Mobilarm in Australia. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
HUGH EALEY, CFO Hugh joined Ocean Guardian in 2016 and was appointed Company Secretary on 19 July 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University and is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in senior finance positions. Hugh trained at Price Waterhouse (PWC) and moved into commerce with the Hayden Group of Companies. He gained public company experience working in the private hospital division of Mayne Nickless and was Director of Finance & Systems when The Leading Edge Market Research Consultants was acquired by ASX listed Photon Group (now Enero Group ASX: EGG). Prior to joining Ocean Guardian, he was CFO and Company Secretary at DATS Environmental Services. Hugh is currently part-time and is CFO and Company Secretary of Taggle Systems.
BIANCA IPSCWITZ, Sales Director Bianca has a successful background in technology product sales and business development, most recently with Dell EMC Technologies (14 years) as a Senior Sales Account Manager for Dells after Point-of-Sale Systems and Services to the Public Sector, New Zealand, and Channel accounts. She was responsible for the accounts with the highest revenue spend in business and/ or account complexity and for those with the greatest strategic value. In May 2014, Bianca was welcomed into the Dell Centre of Excellence that comprises the top 3% of IT sales achievers within Asia Pacific Japan. She is personally responsible for generating over 25 million dollars of revenue during her time with the business. Before Dell Bianca worked in the sales, licensing & export of million-dollar Digital Audio Mixing Consoles used for Hollywood film and music production across the globe. She has qualifications as an Industrial Commercial Strata Manager and worked as Business Development Manager for a Merchandising Solution Business selling to major retailers. She is also a qualified Equestrian Instructor and has worked as the National Manager of Sub Contractors to a cash in transit business.
BREE TURNER, Marketing Manager Bree is a results-driven marketing professional with over fifteen years’ experience in planning and executing commercially successful strategic marketing campaigns e.g., B2B demand generation, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and corporate hospitality. Bree’s career includes over eight years in marketing with Ricoh Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Organisational Behaviour from Macquarie University.
TIM VENTER, Operations Manager Tim has over 30 years’ experience in product and process development, product life cycle, quality management systems and production of both low volume high value products and high-volume low value electronic products. His experience includes system integration and technical management of Naval, IT, Oil & Gas and road toll systems, business systems integration and implementation, along with outsource manufacturing to electronic contract manufacturers in UK, China, Thailand, India, Australia, and South Africa.
FIONA COOPER, Finance Manager Fiona is a CA Qualified Accountant with a twenty-year career commencing as a graduate with Ernst & Young. Fiona brings extensive operational experience from roles including the finance management of Diva, fashion retailer with over 400 stores worldwide. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Business, major in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
