ALAN BROOME AM, Independent Chairman 

Alan is a professional Chairman, Director, and Business Advisor with over 40 years’ experience in building both small and large enterprises, primarily technology and mining related. In 2000, Alan was awarded the Order of Australia (AM) for services to mining. Alan was a long-standing Chairman of Ocean & Earth, one of the world’s largest surf hardware companies, and as such brings a wealth of knowledge to Ocean Guardian in developing and launching its surfboard shark deterrent innovations. 

LINDSAY LYON, CEO & Managing Director 

Lindsay has a successful track record with corporate experience. This includes senior executive of a multi-national, CEO of an ASX listed company, driving sales in globally focused start-up ventures that involved capital raisings, IPO’s, M&A, and managing P&Ls to deliver customer satisfaction and shareholder value. Lindsay holds a Masters in Marketing from Melbourne University, a Diploma in Electronic Engineering, and has been granted several innovative patents. 

AMANDA WILSON, USA General Manager 

Amanda Wilson is a marketing and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in product management, new product development, marketing, strategic planning and sales management.  Amanda has previously worked for Emerson Automation Solutions in the U.S.A and Mobilarm in Australia. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

ROZANNA LEE, Company Secretary 

Rozanna was appointed Company Secretary of Ocean Guardian in October 2022. Rozanna holds a Bachelors of Law and Commerce from the University of Queensland and has over 15 years in corporate secretarial practice in The Netherlands and Australia. During her career, Rozanna has worked as a Chartered Secretary for companies in the ASX 200 (Bingo Industries Limited and Vocus Communications Ltd), listed junior explorers and unlisted companies.
